Tava's Blessing Issue

I'm having an issue with Tava's Blessings. I seem to have completed the entire zone out of order. I found a post a while ago that purported to have a solution. I followed the steps and unfortunately, it didn't work.
Any tips on how to "reset" or fix it? Tava's Blessings is still a black icon on my map
