✭There's obviously a winter born style in the game, as you can get it in set pieces. There was also once a three set costume pack in the crown store (now split into individual rewards in the Wild Hunt crown crates). So in theory there's no reason it couldn't be released as it's own motif style. But if they intended to so, it's hard to imagine when they would now release it given that they have already done a Wrothgar DLC.5
