✭✭✭✭✭Nirn and infused are both good options for your main hand weapon. Neither works well on the off-hand, so go with precise or sharpened there.0 -

PVE:
Mainhand:
Nirn for aoe fights
infused for single Target only
Offhand:
Precise if your group brings the right debuffs
sharpend, if they dont bring debuffs
PVP:
Mainhand:
Nirn if running in trains or play bombbuilds
Infused for duels
Offhand:
Sharpend, pretty much only thing viable as offhand in PVPPC EU
