As the title suggests, I am attempting to log in to the game on PC NA after a lengthy time off. I have updated the game, and had to rest my password as the password that I remembered using denied me access. I am not 100% sure what the password I was using was so I tried resetting it. After getting the reset password email and resetting my password, the game will not recognize my new password. I am 100% sure I entered the correct password, and after 2 attempts get a message that I have been suspended from the site. I have tried resetting my password several times but always get the same response. I have attempted to access account recovery through support page but can not select platform, when I click on the pull down menu no choices are displayed, and can not access this option. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer, or better yet a response from ZOS customer support.
