Not everyone. Got my sharpened lightning on 2nd clear, along with another precise lightning (Orsinium double drops). Got nirnhoned inferno on 4th run. Not that I care but also got some bow on my first run. For the bank.
Right after I got an Infallible Aether inferno on my very first nAA clear.
