2nd attempt and still no access code attached to my email

So, I waited 24 hours since I got no response from "Customer Service" and I attempted once more to access my game from my new IP. Once again the email I was sent had no access code in it. What kind of customer response is this since I want to play but can't even get a response to my problem and have no way to contact customer service. I realize it is a weekend but this is really irritating me. This game used to be very responsive to its players.

Rambler✭P.S. Your customer support sucks. If I have a non-standard problem, I have no way to contact customer support. All your pull down menus just say, try this, or try this, but there is no pull down for MY ISSUE! I get the email, but it HAS NO CODE IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL TEXT!!!!! I have gotten the emails with the codes to re-access my account and this forum, but not the game. ESO SUPPORT IS BS.Edited by Rambler on December 11, 2017 2:49PM0
