Two Account can I merge them ?

Hello Everyone,

So here's the deal, I made an account during the ESO beta back in 2014, When Tamriel Unlimited / Morrowind came out, I made a new account thinking the one from the beta has been erased.

Recently I found my first account still exists so here's my question : Can the support or someone else merge my old account (beta account) and my new one ?

You might want to post this in General Help as that is for account-related stuff. However, I'm not aware of any established arrangement for account mergers or indeed character transfers so you'd need to put in a ticket and see if it was something that could be done.

That said, I'm not clear on what the benefit would be in merging a current account with what is to all intent and purposes and empty beta one.

I don't think they're able to merge it for you..

But if you haven't actually purchased ESO for / played on the beta account since launch then there's probably nothing interesting on there for you (except the username). I say probably, because that's how it worked for me after purchasing ESO earlier this year on my existing beta account. If anyone else has any other experiences, let OP know! EDIT: I totally forgot about the Imgakin Monkey, which was a non-combat pet handed out to beta testers who purchased the game. That is probably linked to the beta account, but maybe ZOS is able to transfer that to your new account?

If it's the username you're attached to, could be there's a way to transfer that to your new account? Maybe you can change the username of your beta account in its account settings to something else, and then change the username of your new/current account to the one you just took off the beta account? Don't know if it works like that, you should probably check that with ZOS by creating a ticket before trying.

Nope ZOS won't allow a merge of two accounts.

Basically what you want is to transfer characters to an old account. It is entirely possible. They have done similar in the past as related to Console accounts. Maybe they will add it if enough people request or there is profit to add. I've played MMOs that had this feature, but required a payment of some type.
