All the off balance

Has anyone utilized the damage increase with Off Balance???

I was thinking of having my stamblade running with Armor of Truth + something else and getting that tactician and Exploiter perks to even further boost that off balance damage.

I think everyone with the CP will be running the extra off balance damage.

I was asking if anyone created a build specifically around Off balance rather than having the exploiter perk

I've got a mate that runs Truth on his Werewolf build, and that hits super hard.

PVE wise though, you are better to just boost base stats, given that you want as much consistent damage as possible, and off balance won't be up 100% of the time.

Livewire Set

(2 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(3 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(4 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(5 items) When you take damage, you have a 25% chance to overload your circuits, applying Concussion to enemies within 8 meters of you and healing for 1000 Health for each enemy hit. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Get hit by things, concuss things, then use lightning elemental blockade to off balance things. Or flame lash things, that's fun too.

My Magsorc Healer is based around providing off balanced. The group damage is incredable in 4 man content.

Utilizing off-balance has been a thing since Morrowind pretty much. ZOS even nerfed the duration of concussion/off-balance since so many people utilized it.

I had a stam sorc running Truth/Senche and using the Tactician and Exploiter CP passives. It worked well and pretty much had the damage boost of Truth up 100% in PvP. One great thing about Tactician is that if you dodge, it sets everyone who had damage targeting you off-balance.
With one dodge roll, I'd see 5-6 "Off Balance" telegraphs on the screen. Great for dodging toward a group that's targeting you before dropping the Dawnbreaker for the extra damage when they're all off balance.

This is what I was asking about. I was also looking into the combination of these sets, but on a NB. Glad to hear it works well on sorcs

Works great on any medium build. I have it on warden, dodge roll + shuffle keep it up 70% of the time against single opponent and 100% when you are fighting more. Plus you can have 2 stamina rings and if you use truth weapon the only loss is really just the healthy necklace. If you dont then its slightly worse because you need to have 2 heavy body parts instead of 1, still imo one of the best damage sets in the game for medium.

Would probably use it over senche (when asked which one to pick obv)
