Game version, Account status and ESO Plus membership

Hello,

Please help me. I created my account since Feb, 6, 2014 and didn't actually play the game because of internet connection and system requirements. My account status remain Active - Trial until now.

I downloaded and play this game on Steam since 1/12 during this free weekend. I love this game and decide to buy it from steam. At first I bought the standard version The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited at Dec, 4, 2017 and then bought The Elder Scrolls Online - Morrowind - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade at Dec, 5, 2017 .
The problem is my account status here remaining as Active - Trial for the ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE BETA version. I don't see Tamriel Unlimited or Morrowind in my account. It only display that I'm a member since Dec 2, 2017 of THE ELDER SCROLLS® ONLINE PUBLIC TEST SERVER. Shouldn't it display what I owned in Steam?

As a new player, I want to purchase ESO Plus membership through Steam but I can't find it anywhere. I tried to use the in-game button but it redirected me to The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited Steam's store page without any option to buy ESO Plus membership. I found The Elder Scrolls Online: Plus Membership appear as a DLC in Steam's store but there is no Buy/Add to Cart button on the page. So how can I buy ESO Plus membership through Steam?

P/S: FYI, I live in Vietnam and I would love to have a mega-server for Asia or just a server for SEA region. As of currently my ping is mostly above 300ms, it rarely drops to ~275ms so PvP and group PvE is almost impossible.

If you have a Steam purchase issue, such as problems purchasing ESO Plus, you should contact Steam Support. To do so, click Help from the Steam Launcher and then select Steam Support, or navigate to http://store.steampowered.com/ and click Support.

Please note that in order to purchase Crown Packs or ESO Plus membership on Steam, you must link your Steam and ESO account first. If you have not linked your Steam account to your ESO account, you can find instructions on how to do so here.

I was able to subcribe to ESO Plus membership through Steam.
I have another question because I don't have enough disk space to install both version If I download the game from here (non-steam) will I be able to play with my account here?

You'll will need to install ESO through Steam so your ESO and Steam accounts can be linked. Once installed, you can then link accounts as described below.

From the Steam Library, select The Elder Scrolls Online and press Play.
Allow the ESO Launcher to open, download and apply any required updates, and select Play.
From the in-game login screen, select the “I have an existing PC/Mac Elder Scrolls Online account” checkbox.
Input your ESO UserID and password and select Login.
Select Accept on the link confirmation window.

Will I still be able to play with my current ESO UserID ? If I don't want to use Steam anymore and uninstalled Steam and everything else, then I install the game with Install_ESO.exe from this site. In any cases that some thing may happen to Steam or my Steam's account, the original launcher from here is where I will be looking for.
