Title. One of each. Please make the best thing something genuine, not a backhanded compliment

Optional bonus: next zone you want to see added that isn't already "announced".

+Megatons of lore and immersion, if you want it, which nevertheless do not detract from the action-fantasy hack-slash-blow-up aspect of the game.

-"Faux EVE" item trading/guild store system. Implemented by a drunken mandrill dancing the Irish jig on the keyboard, designed by said mandrill's inbred cousin having a conniption in the midst of an acid trip. I exaggerate only slightly.

Best thing: The expansive, beautiful and diverse world we have to enjoy. As a committed explorer, wandering from place to place as my mood takes me, and taking my time doing so, I have never once felt bored with the game.

Most want to change: Limited-time availability on Crown Store items, specifically the very narrow windows presented to us in the hope that we will fall over ourselves in a panic and buy them. Make items in the Crown Store more readily available for all players, or at least those of us who want to spend money on such items (I know many people don't care or won't buy them for a variety of reasons). Do not ignore or exclude those who aren't able to play every day because of work commitments, extended travel necessity, family commitments, health and wellbeing factors, those who may not have a great deal of money available to spend on the game and wait patiently for payday to arrive so they can buy crowns to buy said items, etc.

Next zone: Well, Murkmire was announced but we're still waiting to hear if it will be re-announced, so i'll go with that. Or Elsweyr. Or Summerset. Or anywhere, to be fair, i'm not that bothered.

    Best thing: The scale!
Tamriel is huge, full of different landscapes and climates. Each zone or even subzone all have their own unique stories. And it is just so darn pretty.

Most want to change/add: Necromancers. Both change and add.
Yeah the Worm Cult are bad, so too are necromancers in general. But come on, who hasn't wanted to raise a skeleton while fighting mobs? Or wanted to craft their very own necromancer robes? Next you'll be telling me people don't want a joinable necromancer faction separate to the Wormies.

Next zone: I like the cold so I'd prefer a colder zone. Maybe Solstheim. Maybe Roscrea. True they'd be sparsely populated by Skaal or whoever lives on Roscrea in the 2nd Era but hey.

+ The number of characters, locations, amount of lore available, being able to play an Elder Scroll game with other people.

    - No Mounted Combat, no Daedric Artifacts, no Craftable Jewelry, only One Plane of Oblivion (Cold Harbor) to travel to.

Bonus: I would like Summerset Isle to be the next place to be added to the game.

    POSITIVELY GREAT: DIVERSITY

The sheer diversity of activities and scenarios to engage in (solo, small group, large group, friends, strangers..... intense, fast, slow, patient, grind, reward, challenge.... rooms, farms, castles, fields, mountains, caves, dungeons)... (vs one NPC boss, vs NPCs, vs one player, vs players with players, vs players & NPCs with players)...

    TO BE ADDED: HOUSE USE

It's a 2-in-1 but I would like to see houses utilized so that they include gear/build set-ups and have some role to play regarding inventory... for example: have a large wardrobe (in this case call it an armory) which can take 6 set-ups of gear, each with CP pre-slotted, attributes, potions, food and skills, so that in one walk-in a character can be ready for a different set-up. Some issues would need to be mopped up like cost to swap CP, attributes but it would not be hard. Large wardrobes would be end-game but initial ones could be simple and just have a body/item toggle (much like the dye station) to swap in/out pieces of gear.

The secondary part would be that furniture (chests for Jewellery and currency, wardrobe for clothes/armor, weapon rack for weapons, larder for food, etc.) would actually increase banked inventory. There could still be a maximum, the cost of large storage could be, well, large, but I think a house would then have a purpose and ultimately become a home.

I like each zone feels unique and tamriel is beautiful. I think zos never got enough credit for the world they made.

I'd change the map UI. To visit the next zone you need to zoom out of your zone to the whole world map before zooming in on your desired zone. I'd prefer if your zone map was continous with the rest of tamriel. It's very minor but I'd like to see it.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

The good: fun dungeons, great environments with interesting mechanics

The bad: 90% of game's population will never be able to fully experience/understand these mechanics because either it's so easy everyone roflstomps the fight without noticing mechanics or it's so hard for most people they hit a wall and ragequit. WE NEED A LEARNING CURVE. In caps because this game and its community is just falling apart without it.

There're a lot more other things but those are probably the most important for me :)

Best - The size, beauty, and freedom of the world

I'd Change: Add just one difficult zone with difficult overworld mobs & bosses. Not a dungeon, but a hard area.

Best thing about eso presently is graphics.

Think I would want the most added is more vertical. The game is mostly two dimensional. Not many areas where you have to work your way up the side of a cliff with a nice view and I don't think I've seen elevators anywhere. And an open world pvp quest area(not Cyrodill) with lots of trees and stuff that breaks line of sight and open roads so there is a lot of guerrilla warfare and cat and mouse questing that does the same as pvp servers in other mmos.

The best: The Freedom of the game, including builds, classes, wandering and general ways to play. There's very few wrong ways to play and many decent/good ways to play, so everyone is not shoe horned into doing the same thing.

What I should want added: Lilmothiit race, seriously if that happens, the game would become my most favorite game.

New location: Khajiit land, I'd love to see Elswyr.
    Hoping for more playable races

Pretty much this for me as well...having revisited skyrim lately for a better lore understanding, I can now say

+ ESO's combat system is fast paced, fun, easy to understand
    - ESO really needs to solidify its performance and become stable, reliable and less buggy.

as bad as skyrim was for bugs at least I don't get infinite load screens, crashes to dashboard and lag as the norm.
