Right, so i have tried for hours last night, for hours this morning to try and just start a ticket for some bloody help!

I bought this game years ago digitally, i have viewed on my Microsoft billing history, i have searched high and low, and cant find ANYTHING referencing my game registration code, INFO:

XBOX LIVE (purchased digital deluxe from xbox store)
I do not have a mail from either, bethesda, the elder scrolls online, xbox, microsoft, or any other party supplying me with a game registration code
I do not have an xbox message with anything from any party with a game registration code

I am TRYING, not to throw this and the xbox out of the window out of frustration with the lack of options to try and help yourself.

-I am trying to redeem to code from the email we all received entitled 'Here’s a Little Something Special, From Us to You'
-I have followed the instructions on this email:

1. Login or create a free account at Bethesda.net. - done
2.In your account settings, click “Redeem Code” -done
3.Enter the code above. - done
4.Download from Steam, The Google Play Store, or The App Store - what are you talking about? this is XBOX LIVE
5.Login to your account on your device, and enjoy! - done and nothing received

It told me i had redeemed successfully, i clearly have not

Searching google nobody seems to have this issue when they have bought it via the xbox store digitally

If anyone is able to help, i'd greatly appreciate that, thanks.

The code you received is not for ESO, but for the card game Elder Scrolls: Legends, which you have to get separately (it's free). You can get the game from the sources mentioned in the mail (like Steam, google play etc.), for a platform you have. It might (not sure, since I don't have an xbox) even be available for xbox through bethesda.net.
