That being said, I did get the pet. Out of my company of 3, I was the only one to get a single more meaningful item. I really wished for any costume though. In the end the event felt dissappointing, as filler items were worse than the Halloween sticks even. Welcome to the world of white lockpicks!

I missed one day of the event, so I opened 15 boxes in total (low amount, I know), and 5 had a lockpick. Notable rewards was one CWC recipe and a dog, got 1 dye stamp, the rest were 2 undaunted keys and either crown potions or repair kits.3 -

I got some dye stamps to play with (I would never buy them, so it will be interesting to see what's up with that).Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

I really wouldn't have time to even make 14 alts, even if I had the time to run them all through. Took me 1 month to even prepare two extra characters. >_<
I had much easier time farming the Halloween event, as it did not require me to spend 20-30 min in a dungeon per box (you can amass 10 boxes in that time), it lasted longer and I could repeat it all on my main as many times as I wanted instead of spending time preparing extra characters. When all your play time in such a short event is spent in dungeons (I just didn't have much playtime this week), it's quite disappointing to see for example your friends getting absolutely nothing and being buried in lockpicks yourself

I mean, technically, I've never seen a white lockpick. They're all gray tier, but still.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Lockpicks, trash potions, trash transmutation gems, one very ugly white dye. I did get the blacksmith costume one of the last days, but it's really ugly as well, and I can't see myself ever using it.
The only thing I wanted was the stupid Imperial horse, but of course it wasn't there. And of course it isn't being sold in the shop like other mounts. Stupid event.4 -
Stewart1874✭✭✭✭✭I think I did like 12-16 different tries and got a *** dog.
Horrifically low drop rate and can we just bin 'dye stamps' they literally serve no purpose and its frankly offensive they are put in as 'stocking fillers' to further decrease the drop rate of decent stuff.
On the bright side It motivated me to get my Argonian warden healer leveled up (which is really fun to play as).
I don't want to be entirely negative, the event was worthwhile in having something to do but if the drop rate is going to be that poor then it should be repeatable on characters multiple times a day. If you're going to do something, do it right!

✭✭No costume, mount, or pet for me but I did get a few furniture plans and a lockpick. Also a lifetime supply of dye packs. My husband (who is not an altoholic) got a costume and a mount by playing just two characters. He was a good sport and went back in with some of my many alts after receiving his reward, so I got a lot of alt leveling done. And I finally tried ice staff tanking. I guess that’s something.
Also my husband made arrangements through the crown concierge service to deliver me a very special gift. He’s awesome. So don’t feel too sorry for me. Most of you won’t anyway!
