@ZOS_BillE I don't know if you are the right person to tag but are people working at ZoS over the weekend? It's just emails to the support team are not being answered since yesterday afternoon and I think opening/working hours for the support team would be useful information for your community. Anyone else with an answer to this question feel free to chime in.
