[BUG] PC/NA - Razgurug's A Bitter Pill

Razgurug's A Bitter Pill is no longer being recognized as a repeatable quest, and once completed, cannot be picked up again, either from Razgurug himself, or via quest sharing.

Curious if this is a result from the system recognizing the name as Sela's A Bitter Pill from Deshaan, which is not repeatable, and is preventing it from populating if you've already completed it.

    Further investigation:

    A guildmate who still has Raz's A Bitter Pill confirmed that theirs is still labelled repeatable, however, they have NOT completed Sela's A Bitter Pill on that character.

    This lends to the theory that Raz's quest is in direct argument with Sela's quest in the system, resulting in Raz's losing repeatability, though now with the added modifier of "if you have completed Sela's."

    This sounds like amateur coding that checks for similar words in a quest name rather than an internal quest id number.
    That has to be what it is.

    Who the hell did ZOS employ to make this game?!
