I may have missed this bit of info...
I signed up, but no location to input PSN, just my ESO Forum (which also has no spot for PSN) and it mentions several entries. English was not 1st language i learned. So maybe I'm miss understanding.
But how does it know I did Random Dungeon to count towards that?

"You can earn up to seven (7) bonus entries into the 10 Million Stories sweepstakes by completing a random dungeon via the Dungeon Finder – Normal or Veteran mode – from November 30 at 10 a.m. Eastern to December 6 at 10 a.m."

Or is that just checked separately?

When you purchased the game, you opened it up and the game said to make an account on the ESO website. This would be the account you can log into if you press "account" at the top of the forums webpage. That's the account you need to sign up to the sweepstakes with, and that account is linked to your PSN.

I never got email, this account was made by staff little over year after I started playing.

My email had www. at start, and most newer systems do not understand www in email. Not sure if its connected. XD

I'll assume it is. =3

Your forum login is different than your account login.
