For me it’s a huge open space to build stuff. You can’t fill up the whole island but you can make something amazing from a smaller section.1 -

Haha, I did that too. I call it "theme-based cluttering", the yard looks like a dense forest burned down.
I agree to the poster before that also, you can build amazing things in the grand open spaces of the island. You're often hindered by the invisible walls though, but I had some great building experiments happening there.Orc Harvester: It's about picking flowers and smashing things1 -
