Did all the deadric shenanigans in ESO's timeline cause infertility?

There are no babies or children in ESO but they are there in other Elder Scrolls games that take place after ESO's timeline. Seems to me like Tamriel dodged an E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) there ... close one!

    There's a child right there next to the Nord.

    They're just VERY good at playing hide and seek.

    The only known teenage in this era is emeric's son&daughter, they never appeared in game but supposely they are around 12 or even younger.

    Other than that...can't recall any

    Hildegard in the Dark Brotherhood is a teenager. Around 15ish.

    I still think all the NPCs of tamriel heard player characters (gasp) were coming, and hid all their kids in secret basement dungeons! :p;)

    ...

    On a more serious note... yeah, its somewhat grating, when you find there are no children where they should be, and have some quests -clearly- fwritten for a child NPC, which then happens to be an adult looking NPC. Makes the immersion strain and crack whenever this happens... I mean, that one time the "my mom still treats me as a kid wven tho I am all grown up now" excuse works, but... not the other times.
