Noble Suit Graphics Issue

I just noticed today that the Noble Suit seems to be glitching. It has a slit in the back where the torso meets the hips and if you move at all, it comes apart and you can see through it. This is the case both on my computer, and my husband's. You can see it in the crown store too, but it's particularly bad when riding (especially on the senche). I thought I had gotten a screen shot, but it would seem I have not. I will get one later tonight if you need one.

Here is a screen shot. It does this on my khajiit also, so it's not just an issue with the human model. Wondering maybe if we have some corrupt assets?

There is one other graphical glitch we've been seeing this week, the snow on the rooftops of the temporary hall of the Skald king and the woodworker's building in Windhelm have been flickering when the camera moves.
I'll have another friend look into it in the next day or two and let me know. If someone else could check both things and let me know if they see them, that would be fabulous.

This hasn't been fixed yet. I have done some testing using different sized characters though.

There is however a small gap under the belt with the Mannimarco costume on male models:

If I remember correctly, I first noticed the gap on the noble's suit shortly after the Horns of the Reach patch dropped, and I think there was some notes involving it.
