I am on console and have difficulty determining this. Does anyone have evidence whether the 2H forceful passive will proc Sunderflame on the additional targets?

The tooltip for Sunderflame reads: "When you deal damage with a fully charged heavy attack, you deal an additional 784 flame damage and reduce the enemy's physical resistance by 3320 for 8 seconds".

The tooltip for forceful reads: "Your light and heavy attacks damage up to 3 other nearby enemies for 58% of the damage inflicted to the primary target."
