I have performed both of these tasks multiple times with several different groups on Xbox NA. And none of the members received the achievements either. IS there any fix coming in the future?

✭VoM is a pledge again today. Last time it rolled around, we completed it and did not get credit for the achievement.
Does anyone know if this has been fixed yet? We are going to try again today, and it sure would be nice to get credit if we get through without a death.0
