Have now done multiple runs of this dungeon to get this no death achievement. First was in a pug group, noticed the achievement didn't pop up, so have since ran with guild mates.
All 4 of us purposely ran on characters missing the achievement, but yet none of us are rewarded it.
Just confirming we are doing this on veteran, killing all bosses, not skipping any. Curious if any others had similar issues with this or any other dungeons. On PS4 EU server.
