Work is letting me take home a Dell OptiPlex 9020 - Core i5 4590 3.3 GHz - 4 GB. Will this run eso? Perhaps if I change the graphics card?

It'll be for my brothers wife and I'm not great with computer specs

It looks like that PC does not have a discreet graphics card. And, as stated, the 4 GB of RAM is not good. If it did play it likely would be at a very low resolution and not look good at all.

That is a great free PC by the looks of it. Take It!

Will become better than an Xbox once you just add 4 more gigs or RAM and a GPU :)

Just make sure the PSU can support the GPU. It probably has a basic low end PSU. Also check for space in the case for a GPU. I believe it is a small form factor case.
