You ever feel as much as you try to get a correct answer these companies beat around the bush won't give you a honest answer?
About a day ago group of blues decided to harass me rank me and I told them.to knock it off so I reported them to Microsoft and to Zenimax .
So then I get this nasty message threated to hack my account and go as far to mess with my modem so.I kept everything on file made another report to Microsoft and Zen once again .
Then I go on my Xbox one s my UPnP not successful xbox.com/xbox one/UPnP.
Now here's where it gets really weird my girlfriend xbox same room same internet hers works fine my.eso on pc works fine and I even. Open up a brand new Xbox one and tried that same issue.
Now I called Microsoft told them what happen ent through the steps reset the modem xbox they even checked my account for any bans restrictictions nothing was there I have a perfect record with Microsoft. They ask me to contact eso Zenimax I have tried like talking to myself they don't listen kept telling me to check with Microsoft which I done prior and I already did the steps .
Am.like omg and Sorry by the way long tiring post .
So I ask them again told them new ticket I can't send or receive mail from any player I can't use voice chat or text apparently the text is not there to use and am deaf in the water. I simply ask one question to check my account for any restrictions bans as Microsoft ask me to ask them to rule it out .
Again like talking to a brick wall might as well talk to myself perhaps I get a answer.
Point is there are some really nasty players will do anything to distroy and hurt others Microsoft said to me it could me someone really good in to modding hacker they can't find a answer on there side so hoping Zennimax will give me a proper answers .

So there's my story just happens to me Sunday night Monday morning.

    Okay, so there's a couple ideas for what the solution could be from a purely non-hacking side.

    If you also can't use guild stores, you may have been erroneously flagged by the system for spamming and gotten a social ban. There's a number of ways this can happen erroneously and if that happened you'll need to contact ESO Support and let them know you think you were erroneously social banned and they'll fix it for you.     Now, as you continue to work with ESO Support, if I want an answer I always use the Ask For Help option. You'll get a boilerplate "That's Terrible/We hope your issue was resolved" email in about a day, but if I reply to take, I usually get a human response that helps get the ball rolling. (If I have screenshots to accompany a report for Harrassment, those screenshot get attached to my reply email to them as well)
