Bug? Wrothgar Daily Boxes - Non Zone Set Items

Does anyone know if the Wrothgar Daily Boxes are bugged? Frequently, they drop just a random blue item that isn't even a zone set. Is this intended?

@ZOS_RichLambert did you get a chance to look into this?

I'm saving my just in case.

Is this the first time you have ever done Dailies in Wrothgar?

You have a chance to get mundane blue gear from Wrothgar Reward Containers. Always been that way. This is not a bug.

I hadn't done them in a very long time. It wasn't until some posted on Reddit that they were getting generic stuff that I took another look and I too wasn't getting zone items every now and then.

Its about half over a long term that you get regular blue items. I have been running the WB's each week with my Guild for almost 2 years and this is the way it has been. I think they diluted the container loot tables because there are 6 WB's and those quests can be shared, and some day the Delve Dailies can be shared, but I have never had much luck with that (after the first one for the day)

Just confirming this is correct - this is not a bug.
