Does anyone know if the Wrothgar Daily Boxes are bugged? Frequently, they drop just a random blue item that isn't even a zone set. Is this intended?

✭✭✭✭✭Its about half over a long term that you get regular blue items. I have been running the WB's each week with my Guild for almost 2 years and this is the way it has been. I think they diluted the container loot tables because there are 6 WB's and those quests can be shared, and some day the Delve Dailies can be shared, but I have never had much luck with that (after the first one for the day)Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
