This, paired with rune focus if Templar, resulted in a tankier healer that can walk through all the elements (without a shield) and keep up with the tank, in terms of survivability, and isn't easily one-shotted. Also allowed for moments of legendary ressurections or near-wipe saves
In the end, it really depends on your build and playstyle, and how comfortable you are with where your stats are.

My problem with Rune Focus is that it's stationary. How do you work around that limitation?
I'd go with the criticalm because part of being a nurse is keeping your patients calm. BTW, I didn't even know we had criticalm in the game... that's awesome!
