PC EU here... I get frequent disconnects. Sometimes even after picking my character to log. Usually in Cyrodiil but in other parts of Tamriel too.
Usually it starts with red latency, hiccups, extreme delays and then ends in disconnects.

✭✭Do a tracert command and see if your connection is going trough 193.251.131.145.
We have this issues too. Let me guess, you haven't got any problems before CWC patch.
To do a tracert command
1. Run command prompt as admin
2. Type: tracert 195.122.154.1 >c:\tracert.txt
3. After it is done, you'll have a text file on your c drive and just copy the text and post it here.
