I've been through 2 public dungeons now (Eastmarch and The Rift) and all books/scrolls that are not quest related are overlayed with a scroll called Giant Warning. Most of the scrolls you can find the real one my moving your character to just the right angle, but there are a few that you just can't access anything other than the fake scroll. This is very frustrating, even if in the end it is unimportant.
