Have we officially been promised a chapter every year?
Nothing in ESO is full size whatsoever, so of course the devs are going to give us the entire island in a downscaled fashion. Probably, what, 3x to 4x the playable landmass of Auridon?

I get the feeling Summerset Isles wont be out until 2019. Look how long it took for Morrowind to come when we all knew it was coming from datamined maps etc

You obviously don't know how software development works. They are already planning out and probably coding the next couple chapters. They have the story line written out and everything for the next couple years is laid out and being worked on. The work on this chapter began probably around the time the game launched. Yes it takes that long to develop something even the size as an island.
