    A quick Google search of the sequence "111317" brings up Deuteronomy 11:13-17, which basically goes over obeying the commandments. Unsure if related, considering that's basically what robots do.

    Devs have been known to put it in really convoluted easter eggs before.

    It’s actually a real prediction. Eleven is the amount of years when the sound in Cyrodiil will be back. 13 is the amount of years until loading screens are fixed. And 17 the amount of years it takes for lag to be gone.

    need to wait until next bloody August until they turn up in Manchester... hell it might just be worth touring round all Scandinavia to catch them on the early leg of the tour :)
