As always, my leak diggers have pulled something up. Looks like this week ZOS really decided to go after DK's
Class Balance
Dragonknight
Dragonknights have become synonymous with perma-block tank builds, whilst becoming much less fun for normal people to play in PVP. These changes aim to cut down on permablocking whilst promoting strong gameplay options for DK players.
All DK passives will now self-apply Major Vulnerability, as well as a 95% Snare for 20 seconds upon touching the block button.
Lava Whip and its morphs will now deal 300% more damage to targets below 25% HP
Reflective Scales and its morphs no-longer reflect projectiles, and instead allow the player to take to the skies and fly, like a dragon in Skyrim. Reflective Plate continues to apply Minor Ward, and Dragon Fire Scales will now cause you to rain fire down on the zerglings below.
Spiked Armour and its morphs now deal 20% of your max HP as self damage for every second you hold block
Developer Comments
These changes are aimed at making DK's a more fun and interactive class, whilst toning down on their ability to hold block, because who in their right mind wants to play the game with their right mouse button taped down?

Lord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.
- all the shadow image bugs are fixed now, we are sorry for this
- healing is again working in trials
- we have added storage to housing, small house 200 slots, medium 500, large 1000 slots
- the long loading screens are fixed now
- we have implemented another QA team, to prevent new bugs appearing in the future patches
We have hated Templars since launch. Instead of fixing major bugs with abilities, we tend to just remove the mechanics or change them outright. With this mindset, we have made the following changes:
Aedric Spear:
No changes, we've just deleted the class.
Developer Comments
We don't like Templars. We will be buffing sorcs to be the only viable class for all roles.

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.
Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.
Rulz of Morrowind:
The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.
