Not every country has the same rules regarding contest/sweepstakes/etc. and most likely your country was left out because it's too much hassle to conform the contest with whatever asinine rules your country happens to have. So, complain to your leaders, not ZOS. For example, U.S. trade restrictions with places like Iran and North Korea automatically disqualify those countries. Some other countries, like Iceland, have ridiculous residency requirements for contest holders ( I.E. ZOS would have to open a branch in Iceland just to hold a contest for Icelanders, for example ). Some countries consider "giveaways" to be gambling, and thus giveaways are banned.

I have been a contest before liek this but not with ESO my country law dosent have any restrictions about othercountries constest winning. The only thing that prevent that is the taxes what the contest dealer must deal with. well thats nonsesne i can order anything from my country world wide, even i have to pay for teh shipping and taxes, wich is fine even i can win something from theis competition i would gladly pay off the shippings and taxes too, so ZOS shouldn't have to be worried about those things.

The problem is that developer starts the contest and knows well how it will end.
It's not the first time, but they either do not care, do not listen, or it's their arrogance to achieve the marketing goals at all cost. I believe ZOS' is wise so it seems they divide the community purposely.
I now know that my country does not let me participate in lotteries in other countries under the penalty of fine and prison. Knowing that most of ESO world customers are affected by similar law, ZOS should organise their contest in a way that doesn't affect the laws, while still available for everyone, not just a narrow scope of lucky countries.
It's always bad for the company to use double standards in customer care, worse customers can feel offended.

I have spent my day to make contact with no less then 10 lawyers in my country they were specialized in this matter of field
And they all said my country (Hungary could have been particapated in this contest)

I have even made contact with our National Customs Authority lawyers and they also said the same. If i have won a money price lest say the only thing that i had to pay is the tax fee, but in this case we are talking about digital stuffs, like in game corwns, or even the games it self or the consoles or the PC including the peripherals, are in the category of gifts wich means they are not chargeable with taxes.
If my National Custom Authority became for some reason a bit of an [snip] (wich is not likely a thing)they could chrage me, but that cost of a money is not even considerable high.

Do i realy have to chek these outs to clean up this? even i can look up every law in my country including the litle doors wich are legal laws?

In that case Zenimax Online Studio did not made the step to pay for lawyers to look into these matters. They simply decided to only stick with the prewious contest system, while making this dicison the rest of the community getting discriminated by these terms. And we are talking about alot of people lets not forget those few countries who is in the contest are not the entire player base in global, and those countries palyer base nubers are cannoct comper to the rest of the global base.

Surly it is a nice thing about the new event ( i love events very much and i am realy thankfulfor that)what they want to put in to the game to compensate superficially. but it didnt change the facts that i have listed before.

It is nor fair, not equal, it is discriminating. I dont have to be a lawyer to realize that and more in these matter of fact.

Not to mention the false advertising marketing move on the site. wich is always poops up to almost everybody who is visiting the site. Yeah nice thing and very cool. oh wait no it is not you can't particapate.
