✭In a general sense, yes. There are unique coefficients for most skills but they are mostly around that range. A significant exception would be weapon light and heavy attacks, which are weighted much more heavily toward favoring spell/weapon damage over max resourcrs. The conversion rate there is more like 40:1. Another notable exception is pets, which don't look at spell damage at all, but only max magicka.2 -
