    If you can provide more information there might be some help which can be given, however without knowing what errors you're getting (if any) or what server it is there isn't much which can be done.

    More information? I have spent in excess of $1000 on this lame-arsed game.
    I have spent hours upon hours over the past 12 months looking at splash screens that DON'T SAY ANYTHING about progress.
