    The stages of balance:

    * Secret society of PvP players find something broken/OP/exploitable
    * Keeps it a secret for as long as possible
    * Some competent people figure out their setups or someone starts sharing it
    * More people start using the set(s)
    * Small QQ about the set(s) on the forums (where we´re now)
    * Streamers starts using the set(s). At this point the PvP-players that used them from the start usually comes out to say something like: "We told you it was broken on the PTS/BETA but ZOS wouldn´t listen..."
    * Big QQ with multiple threads on the forums.
    * ZOS sees the multiple QQ´s and plans a fix a few patches later, unless something with the set has a very big impact, then it usually goes faster.

    The highest damage against target skeleton, by a small margin, among a handful of sets I use on my magden. Can proc increased damage from concussion. The reason I prefer other sets is for stacking magicka, and hence bigger shields, rather than spell damage. Also going with, say, Necropotence and a crafted set, such as Shacklebreaker allows me to go 5/1/1 on my staff build.

    It's only worth using front bar on a cloak using mageblade imo. That way you can control the proc. This lends itself well to 5/5/2 setups completing the 5pcs on seperate bars

    Can't say that the set is OP. It's strong in one way - when enemy is always on you, eating all the damage. Direct counter is being 13 meters range - easy for many specs.
    Turtling DKs and Templars should suffer, ofc.

    If you are able to stay away 90-100% of the time during the surge proc I would say that surge should get buffed lol. Absolute counter is a crap.

    It's not an AoE proc.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    No it doesn't deal aoe dmg. It does break cloak. This set only targets 1 person.

    Ik it deals damage to only 1 person but i just thought it was a Wrobel mistake since it breaks cloak.

    Maybe its a AOE proc that can break cloak but only deal single target damage.

    The game does in fact count the damage as AOE unfortunatly...it is buffed by lightning staff passives...

    In pvp, it's probs good for melee magicka builds. In pve, it sucks eggs.
