✭No. Fine as isMost people know this, but I don't know if this thread would stick around if EVERYone knew, so here is a horse speed PSA:
At level 10 you can go to cyrodil and get the rapid maneuver skill JUST FOR DOING THE TUTORIAL. You don't have to pvp or know how to play or join a group or anything at all. Just enter campaign follow the first mission to learn to fire a weapon and you'll get enough xp to unlock the skill for the fast horse. After that the regular increase from training will seem fine.0 -
Zimbugga✭✭✭No. Fine as isUse horse or wolf. They are fastest mounts, because they have short legs. They never step some random pixels, which can stop your mount for moment. I use camel (and it has long legs) and it's annoy when it stops for moment while sprinting on hills (for example Cyrodiil, which have too many hills).
And like someones said, game have issue to load areas in time. Use that Rapid Maneuver skill. You just must visit to Cyrodiil, and that's it. You don't need morph that skill.0 -
