Xbox NA missing guild voice channels

I am missing the voice channels in 2 out of 5 guild chats. Only 3 are visible under "voice".

✭✭✭✭So it was happening on a couple characters but after the hard resets those 2 characters had the issue fixed. However there is still one character that is missing the channels still and I can't bring them back. Odd that it is only affecting one character.0 -

✭✭✭✭This is still happening. Before Xbox just had the problems of your chat being bugged to where you are constantly switching channels and had to re-log to fix it but now we are straight up losing chat channels and have been for like a month and a half. If there has been a dev comment on another thread about this I have not seen it but it doesn't look like this issue has even been acknowledged and I know this thread isn't the only one. There should never be a bug thread on this message board that goes unanswered for so long like this one. It's so insulting when I'm paying a monthly subscription fee.0
