One Handed and two handed magicka melee weapons??? PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone Jdmoonan The Fire Mage here again.

I wanted to present an idea for magicka weapons that would open up a lot of interesting builds and changes to the game. Can we have bound swords, axes, maces, shields(wards), 2 handed swords, axes, ect... I don't mean anything special like weapons I mean can we please craft, and have a variation of magicka melee weapons for all sets as well. When I say magicka weapons I am talking about melee weapons that scale off of magicka and spell damage while also returning magicka back when used in a heavy attack.

Say that when you block with a ward it uses magicka and when you block with a shield it uses stamina(this would add cool game play allowing someone to decided whether to block with mag or stam now this would go for both stamina and magicka based toons in the game). When you attack with a bound weapon it will scale entirely off of spell damage and max magicka, and when you block with a bound 2 hand, dual wield, or ward it will use magicka.

This change would help out in dividing magicka toons and stam toons from each other and give more balance to the game. This would also give magicka the ability to have weapon abilities other than staves(which can't be used by all classes any ways and locks magicka into one build style only).

If you implement this change you could also add a stamina morph and magicka morph to all class abilities in the game. Right now the game is so divided and un balanced because a multitude of reasons I think that adding magicka based one hand and 2 handed weapons, along with adding a stamina and magicka morph of all abilities would give a great a mount of diversity, balance, and build options to the game.

Please give me feed back on this idea now keep in mind this is just a base idea for change in balance and build options to the game. Everything would need to be adjusted based on the differences between stamina and magicka percentages, damage calculations, ect...

I personally would like to hear some feedback and acknowledge ment from the ZOS team on this.

    And here why this won't ever be implemented. Everything would need to be adjusted.

    Solid. Solid Idea.

    Then again, national healthcare in US is a solid idea as well.

    Point being. Wasn't designed that way from a foundation standpoint, so significant challenge to roll off.

    Maybe in ESo2.

    Just make it an enchant, trade off is you dont get sharpened infused etc...

    A 1h magic weapon would be nice... And I am wanting it to be 2 parts, so it includes 2 set bonus pieces.
    Staves are just boring, never in an Elder Scroll game did I ever use a staff, I used a sword preferably because it just seemed more fun.

    As much as I like the scaling and passives from staffs, I refused to charge a ranged heavy attack, it's not my play-style and is really the only option for magic users.
