I have posted recently about an issue I've faced accessing my ESO account. When signing in on my ESO Account, it tells me that it has sent a verification email to my inaccessible email address because I have signed in from a different browser. This is the email address I use to sign into my ESO Account. I cannot change my email address through the support because I cannot access my email address.
I have just completed an account recovery form, provided a new email address for my ESO account, provided proof I own the game and it is me, and explained the situation in the fields required. And a ticket was submitted.
