1, Never COD, always meet trade.
If PPL really want to buy your items, they won't mind taking 1 or 2 mins run to U. Some ppl say "Com'on, I am in dungeon/Cyrodiil, COD me." Don't trust, must be Nigerian prince.

Just wondering what the downside is to COD-ing?

You will pay a lots of TAX.
    And most important thing is
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/378243/cod-please-change-it-to-1-hour-wtf

I allways carry big wads of cash so if they have a problem with cod tax ill gladly cover their expenses... now if they still refuse that, well big red flag. COD is the best safest and most reliable way to trade. B)

You sound like a skooma dealer! :p It's like you're wondering around town with little packets of skooma, palming them off for gold to all the addicts, lmao

Only one I dont agree on is:

4, If ppl ask u "HM", always reply "offer?"
Don't give them your price, let them offer. Those ppl are NOT real buyers, they just want to analyze the market price, or just harass U.

It winds me up to no end when people spam chat selling x item and dont put a price on it, then when I ask how much are they they reply with "what's your best offer?", my usual reply is 1 gold.
You are the one selling it tell me how much you *** want for it, i'm not running half way across the map to check traders for the damn price.
"Play how you want... unless its not how we intended you to play in which case we'll nerf it".
