I did.
At first I sent three tickets because the customer support thing of sending tickets is so confusing, so I just didn't know where to send it. Then I replied to them as I saw they were all bot answers.
Sometimes it seems ZOS looks at the forums and help on an issue, which is why I made a post here.

Agree OP, it's also useful for other players, if really there is such bug is damn good to know! I for one won't trade jack in houses, just to be safe.

Yes. Yes, never do. I didn't know either, and the nice guys in LND guild just told me. I'll never trade ever again in a house because apparently its so bugged that you can lose your items, just like it happened to our friend and me. I just ask Zenimax to please fix this bug so it doesn't happen to anybody else, and that my friend and I can please get her items back.

I really wish you to get assistance and resolve asap, just keep sending tickets, do not give up, you may finally get some actual help, the times something happened to me I had to send a lot of tickets and replies repeating always the same things, in the end someone finally answered and in a couple of cases the support has been excellent (so much hassle thought to get assistance with all the automatic replies). I contacted support, as said up there. Not 5 hours, my friends' items are restored.

I would suggest to anybody having a similar problem to do the same and contact them.
I bought two of this weekend's luxury vendor items. Witch's Remainings, Offering and Witch's Remains, Sacrificial. 50k each, so in total I spent 100k gold.
A friend of mine did the same, and bought one of each. We were in her house and she traded hers to me. Guess what, her items aren't in my inventory, nor in hers. They're not ANYWHERE. Banks, houses. We've checked absolutely everything. 100k gold lost. Thanks to this damn bug that ZOS doesn't fix. I'm being told in guild people tend to lose items that are traded in houses sometimes.
Yes, I sent tickets, I sent -THREE- tickets. They answer me with a bot. The three tickets answered with a bot.
I want these items back. Please, ZOS... @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert
