Can you guys please give us access to this places after we complete the last quest for Thieves Guild they are AMAZING art assets that will go to waste because they only hold a purpose during the quests, in the case of Hubalajad Palace it can't be accessed at all and its a waste of such amazing art asset that could be used for sight seeking role play and just as a relax spot.

Sulima Mansion only holds purpose to break in during the ''Quen quest'' after we complete "Prison Break" Sulima should return to her mansion and allow us free passage there is no reason for this place to keep being a trespass location because there is no reason to go there at all beyond sight seeking and Role Play. I should probably also add that if this places are not group instances they should be they are just simply to marvelous, gorgeous and beautiful to be wasted ( i want my to go Screenshot spree!!)

I agree. It makes no sense to lock people out of quest areas AFTER the quests have been completed.

Forget about going back into THOSE places! Make them into manors we can actually buy! Sulima's mansion would certainnly beat the crap out of Linchal Grand Manor or Hakkvild's High Hall or even Ebonheart Chateau!

They probably won't. It would require making all of those more than a set piece where all of those have substantial quest-related NPCs with marks they have to hit for story purposes and various "scenes" for example. Essentially, ZOS would have to create an entirely different instance in order to make an area for you to wander around in (and balance stuff so that servants can't be pickpocketed for the skooma bubbler, etc.) The point is that most quest-locked areas have a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on in terms of scripting events, so stripping that out of the location is probably harder than it looks.

As for it not making sense...
Your thief character needed a invitation to get inside the palace. I realized we're all master thieves, but I'd like to think the merchant lords take security in their palaces somewhat seriously.
Sulima's place, eh, I can't recall how much quest stuff happened in the house. This one might be fine.
As for Skar, you're an outlander. You aren't even allowed to speak when that quest is going on inside there.

There's a quest in the Thieves Guild questline where you go inside the palace. The palace is an instance that is quest-locked.
