Guild bug report.

So i got kicked out of 1 of my guilds and now when i try to join my 5th guild it says i already have 5 guilds and when i go to my guilds i only have 4 and can't accept the 5th one...
Is this a known bug do i have to do something to fix this so i can join a 5th guild? i have closed the game in task manager restarted it and still getting the same messages " You can't join another guild without leaving one first."
I repeat i have 4 guilds i'm in and cannot join my fifth slot for a guild.

SimplyTroubleSoul ShrivenIt is a common bug right now, I'm currently going through this as well. I thought that the last patch fixed this, but I guess not. I have contacted customer support and hopefully they will get back quickly. If they answer with a solution, I'll let you know

Response is as follows:
"We are aware of an issue after the Clockwork City update that is preventing players from joining a 5th guild. This will be resolved in a future update.
If you are running into an error that states that you have to leave a guild before being able to join or create a new one, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check for any outstanding guild invitations that you have not declined or accepted.
Decline these or accept them.
Remove all outstanding guild requests from your notifications.
Type /reloadui in the chat window if on PC/Mac, or if on console, log out and back in again
Thank you for your continued interest and support!"
Hopefully should be fixed in a patch soon!
