I've been having a problem lately in IC where all of a sudden i can't cast anything. My character will do like a half cast or half motion and nothing happens. Also while this glitch is active walking uses all my stamina. Its been happening for a couple weeks but now its just insane. I played for an hour last night and it happened 5 times while fighting other players. All five times resulted in my death. It usually last for about 10-15 seconds everytime it happens. Has anyone else experienced this?
