How do I check to see if I bought a DLC?

Returning player. I did a lot of the Thieves Guild quests before I took a break. Can I look somewhere to see if I purchased that DLC? Or maybe an in game check if some stat or access?
I did do a questline that was supposed to give me permanent access to something but I don't recall what.
