How do I check to see if I bought a DLC?

Returning player. I did a lot of the Thieves Guild quests before I took a break. Can I look somewhere to see if I purchased that DLC? Or maybe an in game check if some stat or access?

I did do a questline that was supposed to give me permanent access to something but I don't recall what.

If you're on PC, hit U to bring up the collectibles menu (I'm not sure what the command for it is on console). There's a section for DLC that you can check to see what you have.

You can also look on the Crown Store, the option to buy that DLC will be greyed out if you have already bought it.
