So how do vma staves and bows work now on backbar?

Im confused i keep hearing if you back bar it and switch you dont get light and heavy attack bonus from vma bonus. Is this true and does that mean you have to have double vma staves now?

✭✭Still works like before. Tested MSA Bow and MSA Destro.
To add: Asylum SnB also works this way. If you back bar it and cast Defensive Posture on back bar, you will still get magicka back on trigger or when the buff runs out even on front bar.

✭✭✭It does not work like before, the first instance of damage must be dealt before the set bonus kicks in, meaning that arrow barrage can no longer be bar cancelled since it has a 2 second hang time.
