So how do vma staves and bows work now on backbar?

Im confused i keep hearing if you back bar it and switch you dont get light and heavy attack bonus from vma bonus. Is this true and does that mean you have to have double vma staves now?

I hope not this would be sad if true

Still works like before. Tested MSA Bow and MSA Destro.

To add: Asylum SnB also works this way. If you back bar it and cast Defensive Posture on back bar, you will still get magicka back on trigger or when the buff runs out even on front bar.

To add: MSA Resto also works like before.

It does not work like before, the first instance of damage must be dealt before the set bonus kicks in, meaning that arrow barrage can no longer be bar cancelled since it has a 2 second hang time. Same goes for VMA staves, but they tick almost instantly.

Basically when you cast blockade with a vma staff you receive a buff that persists when you be swap

From my understandings when using the VMA bow instead of using it last on your bow bar part of your rotation you have to use it first.

Thanks i get it now kind of like before but you a actually have ti receive the tick before u swap . No biggie
