What happened to the glow on Infallible Aether staves?

During the PTS for Clockwork City, a reddish-pink particle effect was added to Infallible Aether staves, shown in the image below, taken from this thread:
However, in the current live game, my IA staff doesn't have any glow at all:
Did ZOS decide to revert this feature at the last minute? Or is this a glitch?

✭✭✭✭✭The glow was only implemented on a few trial sets - Infallible Aether wasn’t one of them. I base that off of using IA with both 4/5 or 5/5 set pieces for a long time.

✭✭So I equipped a full 5 pieces of the set as suggested, and it seems it works!
I've actually never equipped more than 4 pieces of Moondancer or IA before (since it doesn't fit my build setup), so I never knew how this functioned.
In any case, it should be noted that the visual effect, along with a nifty animation, only plays for about 3 seconds when you unsheathe your weapon, or barswap to it. ✭✭@ZOS_GinaBruno Is there a chance you would add this pink glow to IA staves no matter if I wear a full 5pc set or not, e.g. only 4pc (as most of us do)? Pretty much like Moondancer (when you fix issues with some traits not having the glow).0
