✭The Bosmeri chef's questline gives you recipes, like Orzorga in Wrothgar. The gold recipe is the reward for the third and last quest.

✭✭✭✭✭And, the food recipe says Improvement Level 2, but it is Gold, so it will be interesting if you can make it without all 4 Passives.
